Computer Support Engineer
  • Installed, configured, and maintains computers running Windows XP-Home, XP-Pro, 7, 8.1, and 10. Installed printers and point-of-sale hardware and software. Installed and configured peer-to-peer network with DSL. Added wireless access point with WPA for use with laptops.
  • Regularly updated Windows and Office software.
  • Replaced motherboards in two desktops.
  • Upgraded a laptop by upgrading its BIOS, adding more RAM, replacing the hard drive, and replacing the DVD/CD-RW drive with a DVD-RAM drive.
